FACE MASK DETECTION USING OPENCV

The Face Mask Detection System is developed to detect whether a person is wearing a face mask using image processing. A camera captures facial images, which are processed using OpenCV algorithms on a Single Board Computer (SBC). The system classifies faces as masked or unmasked in real time and generates alerts if required. This helps ensure safety compliance in public places. This project uses an SBC, camera module, OpenCV, image processing algorithms, and embedded programming, making it suitable for health and safety monitoring applications.
