Automated Smart Plant Watering System

The objective of this project is to maintain appropriate soil moisture levels with the least amount of human involvement possible by designing an automated plant watering system. The device continuously monitors soil conditions using a soil moisture sensor and an ESP8266 microcontroller. The system uses a relay module to activate a water pump when the moisture levels decline below a particular threshold, thereby providing that the plant is properly hydrated. Through a web interface or mobile app, remote monitoring and control are made possible by the integration of IoT capabilities. This technology offers a productive and economical way to keep plants healthy, especially in smart home and urban gardening environments. It is the appropriate option for people with busy schedules because it minimizes water waste and ensures appropriate plant care by automating irrigation.
