This project proposes to improve mobility for those with physical limitations by developing a wheelchair that is tilt-controlled by the head. The wheelchair can be moved by the user using basic head gestures due to the system's detection of head tilt using an MPU6050 accelerometer and gyroscope. For real-time logging and monitoring, the ESP8266 microcontroller processes the tilt data and connects to Google Firebase. This integration ensures safety and efficient administration by allowing caregivers to remotely monitor the user's activities using a smartphone or web application. An L298N motor driver controls the wheelchair's forward, backward, and turning motion, and an emergency stop feature protects the user. By providing disabled people with an accessible, hands-free mobility option, this method seeks to enhance mobility.
