Three-Axis CNC Machine

Designing and building a three-axis CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine for precise engraving and manufacturing activities is the primary objective of this project. The system uses a microcontroller-based control unit, stepper motors, and lead screws to provide exact motion along the X, Y, and Z axes. Wood, plastic, and soft metals can all be processed by the CNC machine, which has movable tool heads for more versatility. Through the integration of CAD software, users can produce unique designs for implementation. Accuracy, speed, and repeatability are evaluated in the prototype under a range of operational circumstances.
